Before you agree and pay, we confirm the item's condition and availability, its price in US dollars, the transfer amount and currency, the delivery cost and estimated timeframe, and any known fees via WhatsApp. Pay by bank transfer to the account we confirm from an official store number. We prepare the order once we verify receipt of the funds and send payment confirmation and proof of purchase. We ship eligible items with a carrier selected for the item and destination, and share tracking when available. Before payment, we explain who pays import charges and disclose any known costs. We follow up with the carrier on delays, damage or loss and handle claims under applicable law. Metal collectibles are handed over in Jordan at an agreed time and place. The terms shown before bidding apply to each auction, subject to mandatory rights.
