Session cookies support sign-in, and local storage keeps your cart. Access to information is limited to authorized persons. We share necessary information with our hosting service (Cloudflare), sign-in service (Firebase), WhatsApp, the bank and the carrier as needed for each service. Data may be processed outside Jordan under applicable safeguards. We keep account data and saved addresses while the account is open. When the account is closed, we delete data we no longer need. We remove unnecessary contact and shipping details and personal text from unpaid orders after 90 days from cancellation or reservation expiry, keeping the minimum order record needed. We delete routine support correspondence six months after closure. We keep invoices, commercial records and necessary proof of payment and delivery for the applicable statutory periods, and retain records needed for any open claim or dispute until it is resolved.
