Reservation policy

A reservation starts when the store confirms it in writing and lasts 24 hours unless we agree otherwise. If you initiate the transfer during that period, send us its reference before the reservation expires so we can review it. If payment arrives after expiry and the item is unavailable, we refund the amount due. Any advance payment counts toward the price. We explain how it will be settled or refunded before you pay, subject to applicable law.
